Perc’s “Loose Fit” was originally released on Void+1 as part of his Wavecannon EP in 2023.
For 2025, it got “refitted” by Perc himself, Tensal, and Scalameriya.
Perc’s new version is taken from the recording of his live set at Awakenings in July 2024 and demonstrates the raw power and industrial grit of the original, but in a new, shiny armor, avoiding dramatic shifts and focusing on the gradual, controlled release of energy.
Tensal anchors his remix in archetypal techno and delivers a groove-driven, hypnotic aesthetic charged with floor-shaking intensity, making it both relentless and refined, while Scalameriya takes an entirely different angle and offers an eerie, cybernetic interpretation. An alternative, broken-/offbeat version of it comes as a “Bandcamp-exclusive” track, only available as a reward for techno enthusiasts who purchase the whole release.
